Technological advantages, highest possible precision in manufacturing and also the use of high
quality raw materials like refined steel are the postulates at the production of all MILKY cream
separators. The milk container out of refined steel – the fixing hooks connect the milk container
with the motor housing wich creates a stable unit. Container holder, floater, milk and cream outlets
are all made in one piece out of refined steel. Extra big feet care for no vibration and the full
electronic steering control guarantee for new style "SLOW START" (extremely low noice) for motor
protecting procedures.
The task of the cream separator is to seperate the milk into low fat milk and cream.
The best is to separate the milk immediately after milking – in case this is not possible, warm up
the milk again to a temperature between 30 – 35 °C. In case you separate below 30 °C the separation
will not be perfect. According to the fat content of the milk and the fixation of the cream screw you
get beween 10 and 20 % cream.
