The geniusly simple butter churns MILKY FJ 10, FJ 15 and FJ 30
should not be missed in any house hold. All parts in connection with cream are made of
refined steel and absolutely proof for foodstuff. With the multi level switch which regulates the
rotation of the mixer you can shorten or extend the duration of the butter production.
Butter production: The cream stored at 4° C can be used for the production of butter after
2–3 days without adding any culture. For this the cream will be warmed up again to a temperature between
10–15° C depending of the season. The dismountable cream container of the butter churn may only be filled
to max. 40% of its volume. When temperature is lower the time for the production of butter will be longer
but also the quality of the butter will be increased!
Important: In case you produce butter out of milk take care that you store the milk before
this in containers made of alu or rust free steel! Through the big transparent cover of the MILKY
butter churns you can anytime control the procedure of the production of butter. After 20–40
minutes the butter is ready. The butter milk will be let off.
All butter churns are deliverable in 115 Volt-version!
