Meat mincer electric
The program of meat mincers consists of electrical, special steel
machines up to the longstanding handy meat mincers of cast iron.
NOTICE:
Please take care that the used blades are well polished otherwise there will
be aundesired squeezing of the meat with theresult that the meat cells opens and the celljuice
is able to escape. The result is a greasy consistency of the sausage meat which increases the
danger of decay. Meat which will be minced has to be well chilled!
