Our traditional spindle presses are characterized by high quality material, basin of wrought iron, barrel walls of hard wood are fixed with chromium plated screws.

Our spindle presses have a capacity of 3,9 l – 96 l.

The use of press bags is recommandable when using spindle presses as the mash could escape from the compression basket.

The fixing of it on the inner side of the basket or using of a filter when the juice escapes this could be also avoided.

INFO: Higher pressure of the press need not to result in a bigger quantity of juice. The bigger the amount of open cells, that means of destroyed cells in the fruit tissue, the bigger is the quantity of juice. Keeping pressure for a longer time – as still sometimes the usual practice – rather has disadvantages. The content of tannin and also danger of infection is increasing enormously.
